  Our investment philosophy is to hold and maintain these properties for the long term and to attract quality tenants who appreciate doing business with a company whose record of stability and performance is time-proven.

FLEXIBILITY
Maybank Properties strives to remain flexible in negotiations and to be responsive to our obligations as property managers. We endeavor to work with our tenants to achieve leasing terms that are well suited to their needs. Our goal is to ensure that our facilities always meet or exceed our tenant's expectations.

RESPONSIBILITY
Ownership of these facilities directly benefits tenants in a number of important ways:

~ We are fully vested in maintaining these properties to exacting standards. Our experienced, in-house maintenance crews are fully-equipped to perform all types of maintenance and repair on each building so as to assure nothing interrupts our tenants' operations.

~ Our strict adherence to the highest standards of maintenance means that older facilities can economically compete with new construction or even built-to-suit space. This cost advantage can greatly impact a tenant's occupancy cost and bottom line.

~ Maybank Properties' management is nearby and is committed to service. All of our facilities are located within 10-minutes (or less) of our corporate offices. A principal officer is always on-hand or within easy reach of the office. Any problem that may arise can be resolved in a swift and thorough manner.

To better serve our tenants, another priority is participating in community organizations associated with our industry. Maybank Properties, LLC is a member of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors, Charleston Trident Multiple Listing Service, the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, the Berkeley Chamber of Commerce, and the Charleston Regional Development Alliance.

The Maybank facilities are all strategically located within the greater Metro Area of Charleston, South Carolina.

~ All properties are within a mile of I-526 or I-26 and within the local drayage zone of the port facilities of the South Carolina Ports Authority.

~ All properties are located within 1 to 5 miles of Charleston International Airport.
